The Alamo Community Colleges' Foundation will award $1,000 Scholarships to the winners of the 2009-2010 Essay Contest. Scholarships will go to each of the winners in grades 6-12 and may be used at any of the Alamo Community Colleges. The San Antonio Branch of the American Association of University Women is helping the SAFDA operate this year's essay contest.
