Explorers' HideAway 2008

Something very special for kids of all ages was available at Main Plaza during the afternoon of San Antonio Founders Day.

Hear Some History / Create A Collage

Here's what you can do:

· Pick up your Guenther House bag at the Explorers’ HideAway booth bag to take with you on your quest.

·  As you explore Main Plaza, look for the colorful ribbons that indicate the participating exhibitors.  (There are about 30 participating exhibitors.)

·  After you visit with the exhibitors and learn something about the history of San Antonio, collect a special paper shape from the exhibitor.   (While supplies last.)

·  Once you have as many shapes as you want, come back to the Explorers’ HideAway to put them together in a colorful collage.

·  Don’t forget to stamp the front or back of your creation so you will always remember SAN ANTONIO FOUNDERS DAY.  You will get to keep your collage as a special souvenir.

Learning can be fun.  You are the proof!
